This tropical billabong swarms with life and Ben captures its pristine scenic beauty with amazing wildlife, their specialised behaviour and the drama of predator versus prey that is a daily upheaval in what appears to be a tranquil lagoon. In its waters lurk crocodiles, both dangerous saltwater and harmless freshwater species. They prey on the many catfish, barramundi, turtles and file snakes of this billabong. There are other lizards too including water dragons that feed on smaller prey. This permanent water hole also attracts land creatures including the dingo, wallaby, wild pig and buffalo.
